My duties included everything computer-related from hardware installations to troubleshooting, systems administration, user training, web programming and site maintenance, networking and software development. I was Traduct's Trados support person from 1997 onwards and went on to teach Trados courses both in the business world and at the university - even my master's thesis was on CAT software. I was also a part-time in-house translator.
